Failure to abide by this rule can result in disqualification for the dance club. The event is going to be covered by a professional photo team and you will be able to purchase photos at the spot. Clubs that order more packages will get a discount. Please order your packages at the check-in. General Information Contestants must be ready in the hall at least 1h before their performance. Check-in and the hall open 1 hour before the start of the competition. The organizer reserves the right to change the program. Each team gets one Coach pass per 10 dancers! Dear dancers, coaches and choreographers we are so happy to announce and invite all of you to attend to our second edition of INTERNATIONAL DANCE OPEN BULGARIA which will take place in OVERGAZ ARENA HALL - MLADOST 2, Sofia / Bulgaria on 19th & 20th of November 2022. Our dance event offers two dance leagues A & B , so everyone dancer doesn't matter if is professional or hobby can compete. A league is fine for kids which one are training 4 hours or more per week, studying in ballet school or practice as professional . B league is compatible for hobby dancers that have less than 4 hours training per week. AGE CATEGORIES BABY 3-5 MINI 6-8 KIDS 9-11 JUNIOR 12-14 YOUTH 15-17 SENIOR 18-25 DANCE CATEGORIES SOLO DUO/TRIO ( 2-3 ) GROUP ( 4-11 ) FORMATION ( 12 - 20 ) PRODUCTION ( 21+) DANCING FEE 45BGN ( SOLO ) 25BGN ( DUO/TRIO ) 20BGN GROUP , FORMATION & PRODUCTION Entrance fee for audience 5 BGN per day. Dance fee must be paid no later than 30th of October 2022. Send us request for preparing invoice and we will arrange ASAP. AWARDS Everyone dancer will get personal medal ( 7cm ) for participation in the dance event.
